1. Definitions

In this text, "Platform" refers to the DietFeel website and mobile applications; "User" or "You" refers to the person accessing or using the platform; "Services" refers to all content, tools, and features offered through the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided (age, weight, height, etc.) is accurate, current, and complete. You may not use the Platform for any illegal, misleading, or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your password confidential, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features on our Platform may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that the payment will be processed through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and will be subject to the terms of those platforms. You explicitly understand and consent that your subscription will automatically renew for the next billing period unless you cancel it through the subscription settings of the respective platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, logos, designs, and software on the Platform are the property of DietFeel and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved according to international arbitration rules, without prejudice to the laws of the user's country of residence. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached between the parties, the competent courts shall be recognized as the courts of Estonia.This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
